1. Returns & Refunds
- Once an order is dispatched, it is considered final sale, and no refunds will be processed.
- If you receive a damaged product, you may request a refund or replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
- To initiate a return, email us at contact@rathnamoils.in with the following details:
- Order Number
- Name
- Address
- Description of the issue (with images, if applicable)
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Rathnam Oils is not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery.
2. Cancellation Policy
We use the collected information for:
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
- To request a cancellation, email us at contact@rathnamoils.in or call +91 98438 88738 (9 AM – 6 PM, Mon – Fri).
- A cancellation fee of ₹100 will apply.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
